MOTION TO COMPEL PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS BY THE
STATE OF MINNESOTA CONCERNING ADDICTION TO, YOUTH
ACCESS TO, AND STATE INVOLVEMENT IN GAMBLING
The above matter came on before the Honorable Kenneth J. Fitzpatrick
on November 12, 1996, upon the duly and properly noticed and scheduled
Motion of Defendants for an order pursuant to Minn. R. Civ. P. 37.01(b)
compelling the State of Minnesota to respond fully to Document Request
Nos. 18, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36 from Defendants' Sixth Request
for Production of Documents.
Having considered the pleadings and evidence submitted by the parties,
and the arguments and representations of counsel at argument, and for good
cause shown, now therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the State of Minnesota shall respond fully
to Document Request Nos. 18, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36 from Defendants'
Sixth Request for Production of Documents.
