assess the

Dr. -Green told him that, we were disappointed
with the lack
of progress made by the Fairweather panel and the

Hunter Committee. Dr. Fairweather replied to the

that he had been under the impressiDn-that the
industry did

that this was certainly not the view of BAT, nor

heartened by this and said that he would on his

office write a memorandum on the situation to his
superiors on
