Library Presentation Room
Located in the Campus Library, CL224, the ILC Presentation Room provides facilities for practicing presentations skills, videoconferencing, or research meetings by reservation.

Please contact Circulation staff to make a reservation.

- Wall-mounted monitor with computer video & audio controllers
- Wireless access using GALEN
- DVD Player
- 12 stacking chairs & two collapsible tables
- One rolling presentation stand and storage cupboard.
Room Availability and Procedures
- Available to UCSF students, faculty and staff to practice presentation skills. Users provide their own laptop and software.
- You can also borrow a loaner laptop from the Library circulation desk.
- Individuals may use the room up to 2 hours per day.
- Pick up the room key at the Circulation Desk, 3rd floor.
Use Policy
- Please follow Library Beverage and Food Policy.
- Please do not hang posters, notes and other items on walls or windows.
- Keep the room door locked at all times.
- Keep all furniture and equipment in the room.
- The Library can not be responsible for the security of personal items. Items left in CL224 will be placed in the Library's lost and found at the Circulation Desk.
Support
- The Library provides PowerPoint and poster resources to use for presentations.
- Library staff are available during regular hours.
- Library staff will ensure room furniture and hardware are in working order.
- The Technology Store or Photocopying and Cashiering Services have DVDs for sale.
- For further questions regarding services, policies, support or availability beyond six months, please contact the circulation staff.
