Each year the UCSF Library moves approximately 5,000 volumes to the UC Northern Regional Library Facility (NRLF) in Richmond. This transfer makes space for the new books and bound journals that are added to the Library's collection every year. The Library selects low-use material for NRLF transfer that we anticipate will have the least impact on the research needs of our community.

For 2006-07, we are focusing on sending:

- Books published before 1900
- Cancelled or ceased print journals that are also available online to UCSF

The Library is taking comments on the proposed list until Friday, December 8. Get more information.
