Every fall the Library reviews its journal subscriptions as part of the renewal process for the upcoming year. Fortunately, we do not have to cancel many print journal subscriptions in 2007, thanks to one-time funds from the university. Nonetheless, the Library is using this time to identify journals that are available to UCSF online and can be discontinued in print, as well as journals that are costly and no longer being used.

For 2007, we are recommending 48 print journals for cancellation. All but one title would remain available online to the UCSF community -- only the print versions would be discontinued.
