PURPOSE
Information about the Genentech Hall study space, located at Mission Bay.
 
With staff and collections centralized at the Community Center, Room 227 in Genentech Hall serves as a quiet study space with computer resources, open to UCSF students, faculty, and staff. Register for 24-hour access.

HOURS & ACCESS
Open to all UCSF students, faculty, and staff Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
24-hour access is available to UCSF personnel who have proxy card access to Genentech Hall. Bring your proxy card to the Library at the Community Center during open hours to register for 24-hour access.
 
SERVICES
The Genentech Hall study space provides:
- Access to online journals, databases, and textbooks
- 2 public access computers with Internet Explorer
- 24-hour access (requires registration)
- Wireless Laptop Internet Access Service [setup and resources]
The Library at the Community Center offers a full range of library services and features a computer lab/classroom equipped with 16 Macintosh computers.
