PURPOSE

Information on copy rates, photocopiers, copy cards, and digital media.

Photocopying

Self-service photocopiers are available in the following locations:

- Copiers support stapling, reduction, enlargement, and automatic two-sided copying.
- All library copiers use debit-style copy cards.
- Please recycle paper and used copy cards in the copy rooms.
- Color copying is not available in the Library. Inquire at the Circulation Desk or call 476-2336 for information regarding color copying of non-circulating materials.
- There are no coin-operated copiers.
- The Library cannot be responsible for lost or damaged copy cards.

	UCSF-Affiliate Rates

	Discounted, non-taxable, copy cards for UCSF personnel and students are available at the Cashier's Window at the Parnassus Library and at the Mission Bay Library Front Desk. A valid UCSF ID is required to purchase discounted cards.



	Copy Card Vending Machines (Non-UCSF rates)

	Vending machines are located in Room 211 of the Parnassus Library and in the Mission Bay Library Copy Room. - Purchase a card for $1.00 then add value to the card. - Card dispensers do not give change. - The vending machines accept only cards purchased at the vending machines. The cards are green. - Please purchase only the amount needed. Refunds cannot be given. [back to top]

The following media formats are available for purchase at the Parnassus Library:

Staff-Mediated Photocopy



	Photocopying is done by Library staff for users who do not wish to do their own photocopying. Service is provided as promptly as possible. To request this service fill out a Staff-Mediated Photocopy Request Form (form also available at the Copy Center). Bring the form and materials to be photocopied to the Cashier's Window. Cashiering



	Fees for library services and products may be paid at the Copy Center, located on the 2nd floor of the Parnassus Library, or the Front Desk at the Mission Bay Library. Payments accepted at Parnassus: - cash - pre-printed personal check drawn on a California bank (with a valid CA Driver License) - money order - Recharge Account number() - MasterCard - VISA - AMEX - Discover - ATM cards Payments accepted at Mission Bay: - cash - Recharge Account number() (*) If reimbursement is sought from a federal fund source, the customer accepts full responsibility that such costs are allowable under federal policy.
